Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will support the effective coordination, implementation, and monitoring of project activities in Basra and Muthanna. This includes close collaboration with the Senior National Project Officer and Project Manager to ensure alignment with project objectives and work plans, as well as engagement with government entities, private sector actors, financial institutions, and local communities. The consultant will conduct regular field visits to monitor activities, oversee implementing partners, collect field data, and contribute to quality assurance and reporting through project monitoring tools.In addition, the consultant will follow up with partner bank branches on MSMEs referred by the project, coordinate with bank focal points to track case progress, support validation and field verification visits, and help resolve operational or documentation bottlenecks to ensure timely completion of cases.
