- Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed:- Coordinate and support tripartite groups in Kirkuk and Ninawa to extend social security coverage under Law No. 18 of 2023; facilitate stakeholder engagement, awareness campaigns, sectoral analyses, monitoring and reporting, and deliver five bi-monthly outputs from Jan Sep 2026.
