ITB UNDP-IRQ-01773- Retrofitting the General Directorate for The Preparation of Teachers Ministry of Education - Building 01 (B01), Baghdad Governorate, IraqTo: All potential bidders,The purpose of this addendum is to formally notify all prospective bidders of the change in requirement; additional items have been added to the BoQ. Accordingly, the following changes have been made to reflect as below: . The deadline for submission has been shifted to 18 August 2025, 14:00 Updated SoW, Drawings, and unpriced BoQs, numbered 1,2, and 5 in original package Document " Added WC Drawings Package" to be added to the bidding documents. Remaining documents remain the same (3-9): Removals:• The beneficiaries have implemented some of the components in the BoQ, which were reduced, including:o Interior Wall Painting in Building B01, as it was recently completed by the site staff.o Lighting Fixtures, as existing units have been replaced with new LED fixtures by the staff.o Removal of obstacles and cleaning of the laboratory and WCAdditions:Additions:• Upon the implementation of the above, it was identified (and confirmed during site visit) that the WC is in poor condition and requires improvement.
