- Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (hereinafter the “ILO”) is pleased to invite your company to submit an offer for this RFQ (RFQ/5/2026/MBA/ROAS - 11767). (ILO is seeking for a competent local consultancy entity/incubator to be responsible for the full technical design, operational implementation, coordination, quality assurance, and reporting of the Green Tech and Digital Transformation Hackathon. The Contractor shall ensure that all activities are delivered in accordance with ILO standards, ethical principles, and applicable procurement, financial, and reporting requirements0.To enable you to prepare and submit a bid, please refer to the attached Annexes in the attachment area.The ILO must receive your offer no later than the deadline specified at the ILO e-Sourcing Platform (Jaggaer).
