Description:
UNESCO invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit bids for the Supply and Distribution of Materials for Vocational Training Centre (VTC) Workshops in Ninewa, Iraq.The purpose of this procurement is to provide a complete set of equipment, tools, and materials required for the operation and training activities at the VTC workshops. The goods are grouped into several lots based on category and technical specifications as indicated in Annex VII Technical Specifications.The scope of supply includes, but is not limited to, the following categories:Lot 1: Upholstery MaterialsLot 2: Electrical and Electronic Materials (TV, Monitor, Cashier, CCTV, and AC Components)Lot 3: Solar System EquipmentLot 4: Generator MaterialsLot 5: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Lot 6: Cleaning MaterialsLot 7: Stationery and Administrative SuppliesBidders may submit offers for one or more lots; however, each lot must be complete in accordance with the technical requirements provided. Partial quotations within a lot will not be accepted.All goods must be delivered DAP Vocational Training Centre, Ninewa, Iraq, in accordance with INCOTERMS 2020. Delivery shall be completed within 45 calendar days from contract signature.
