Description:
This procurement pertains to the supply and delivery of IT equipment and accessories as per the specifications listed in the tender documents . All items must be new, original, and compliant with the required specifications. Quantities and unit descriptions are outlined clearly to enable accurate quotation submissions. All products must be delivered in accordance with DAP Incoterms (Delivered at Place) to the designated location.All equipment must be delivered fully functional, in original packaging, and include all necessary accessories and documentation. Delivery must be completed within the agreed timeframe to the UNESCO Iraq office or the specified delivery site.Bidders are requested to submit prices in IQD, inclusive of all charges for delivery, handling, and any applicable duties under DAP terms.Bidders must complete annex I (returnable bidding form)
