- Invitation to Bid IRQ/ITB/25/47Supply and Installation of Library Equipment and Materials in Mosul, IraqUNESCO invites qualified national and international suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and installation of preservation and digitalization equipment and materials for the CentralLibrary of the University of Mosul, Iraq. This procurement supports the ongoing restoration and modernization of the library and is structured into three distinct lots: Lot 1: Provision and installation of library equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, digital display units, assistivetechnology, and more. Lot 2: Design and installation of an aluminum-framed glass wall to divide the Preservation Unit Hall, including integration with existing electric locks. Lot 3: Supply of restoration and preservation materials for archival purposes. Bidders may submit offers for one, multiple,or all lots. However, partial bids within any single lot are not accepted.The successful bidder(s) will be selected based on the lowest priced, technically compliant offer, and UNESCO reserves the right to award a single or multiple contracts.
