Description:
United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) has a requirement for vehicle scrap removal services at FSB (forward Supporting Base), Baghdad International Airport, Baghdad, Iraq. UNAMI intends to enter in-to a non-exclusive vehicle scrap Removal services Contract covering this servicee.1. Thecontract will be awarded to the offer that clearly demonstrates through a written bid ability, competency and best-practice in these services and capability to secure access and execute the services for UNAMI inside the FSB (forward Supporting Base), Baghdad International Airport, Baghdad, Iraq.2.The contractor must ensure that the removal of all scrap from the UNFSB is completed within three (3) months or less.3. The tender will be based on detailed Statement of Works (SOW), Bill of Quantities (BOQ), UN General Conditions of Contracts and other related documents which will be provided byUNAMI to all companies who respond to this EOI.4. Bidders must remove the vehicle scrap free of cost. The bidder shall be responsible for all charges and taxes connected with the services.5. For this purpose, UNAMI will undertake a tender, accordingly would issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to thosecompanies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNAMI's requirement.6. Please note on the following:• This EOI is not an invitation to submit a bid/proposal.• UNAMI reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the abovedeadline.
