RfX: rfx_4490_ROAS - Call for External Collaborator - Consultant to Lead the Launch, Knowledge-Sharing, Finalization, and Validation of Employment-Intensive Investment Programme (EIIP) Guidelines, PROSPECTS Project, ILO Iraq Country Office Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: [The International Labour Office (ILO) is seeking an International Consultant to support the launch, knowledge-sharing, finalization, and validation of the Employment-Intensive Investment Programme (EIIP) Guidelines in Iraq. The consultant will review the draft EIIP Guidelines, design and facilitate participatory workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions with government counterparts, collect and validate feedback, and integrate all inputs into the final, technically sound Guidelines. The consultant will also provide high-level advisory support, ensure alignment with project objectives, and serve as a technical interface with government authorities, project partners, and other stakeholders. The assignment will be carried out over 8 working days, from 15 March 2026 to 30 June 2026.
